- Your order number
- SKU number of the product to be returned or exchanged
- Clear evidence in the form of pictures or videos showing the problem/defect
**2. Eligibility for Return:**
For a successful return or exchange, please ensure that the item is in its original condition – unwashed, unused, and undamaged. It should be in the original packaging, complete with all original labels. If the item fails to meet these criteria, the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees, and no refund will be issued.
**3. Return Shipping:**
For returns, we request that you use registered mail with online delivery tracking numbers. This will ensure secure transit of the returned order. Your understanding on this matter is appreciated.
**4. Non-Returnable Items:**
Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned:
- Swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, earrings, and body piercings
- Health and personal care items
- Sanitary goods

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1 week. Please note that all shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.
